Community Voting: Restoration Project
Dear Homeowner,
This is an important moment for our community. The Board of Directors is reviewing a plan to move forward with a complete restoration project that covers:
New roofs for all buildings
New chimneys for all buildings
New fences for all buildings
Currently, improvements are being done gradually as funds allow. That means some buildings end up with newer roofs, chimneys, or fences, while others remain older and less protected. This new approach would let us complete all of these replacements within a single coordinated project.
Doing the work this way would:
Ensure the same quality and warranty across the entire community
Give all homeowners equal protection and durability
Provide better cost efficiency compared to spreading projects over many years
Improve the look and value of every property at once
Strengthen our position with insurance companies going forward
To make this possible the Board is looking to obtain a $2,000,000 loan. The project will not involve a special assessment. Repayment will be made through the Association’s monthly assessments, which will increase by 10% annually.
Please take a few minutes to complete the ballot and record your vote.
