Paying your HOA assesment fees should be easy and stress-free. On this page, you'll find all the available ways to submit your monthly payment to the Towns of Grants Lake Association. Whether you prefer mailing a check, using your bank account, or paying online — we’ve got you covered.

Available Payment Options

1. Pay by Check or Money Order

Simple and reliable for those who prefer traditional payments.

If you prefer to mail a physical check or money order, please use the following address:

Monthly Payment Amount:

Tip: Please allow a few days for mail delivery. It's a good idea to mail your check a few days before the due date to avoid delays.

2. Auto Draft (ACH Payment)

Set it and forget it — your payment will be deducted automatically each month.

This option allows you to set up automatic withdrawals from your bank account. It’s secure, there are no extra fees, and you don’t have to remember to pay each month.

How to set up Auto Draft:

  1. Download and complete the ACH Authorization Form.

  2. Send it by email to: accounting@lonestarhoamgmt.com

  • Helpful Tip: You can cancel or update your auto draft anytime by contacting the accounting team.

  • Important:
    If you choose this method, please make sure to cancel any previous payment methods you may have set up. This helps avoid duplicate payments.

  • Please note that the 1% ACH processing fee is charged by the payment platform.

3. Credit or Debit Card Payment

Prefer to pay with your card? No problem!

You can use your credit or debit card to make your HOA payments.

How it works:

  1. Fill out the Credit/Debit Card Authorization Form.

  2. Email the completed form to: accounting@lonestarhoamgmt.com

  • Please note: Platform fee apply when using this method (3.5% proccesing fee).

4. Pay Online via TownSquare Portal

Fast and convenient online payment through your homeowner portal.

You can also pay through Townsquare, our community’s online resident portal.

If it’s your first time or you forgot your password:

  • Click “Forgot Password” to reset your login.

  • If you still need help, TownSquare has technical support available on their website.

  • Tip: Once you're logged in, you'll be able to view your account, make payments.

5. Request a One-Time Payment Link

Need something simple? Just ask for a direct payment link.

If you’d rather receive a secure link to pay your dues, just send a quick email and we’ll take care of the rest.

  • Request your link at: accounting@lonestarhoamgmt.com

You’ll get an email with a one-time secure link to submit your payment online.

  • You only need to use one payment method at a time.
