This is an important moment for our community. The Board of Directors is reviewing a plan to move forward with a complete restoration project that covers:

• New roofs for all buildings

• New chimneys for all buildings

• New fences for all buildings

Currently, improvements are being done gradually as funds allow. That means some buildings end up with newer roofs, chimneys, or fences, while others remain older and less protected. This new approach would let us complete all of these replacements within a single coordinated project.

Doing the work this way would:

• Ensure the same quality and warranty across the entire community

• Give all homeowners equal protection and durability

• Provide better cost efficiency compared to spreading projects over many years

• Improve the look and value of every property at once

• Strengthen our position with insurance companies going forward

To make this possible, the Association would secure a loan. The goal is to complete all improvements now while keeping monthly assessments as stable as possible. This approach helps us avoid repeated increases over the years and ensures that everyone benefits equally from the same quality and durability.
