Throughout 2026, the Association continues working to improve and restore the Towns of Grants Lake community through roofing projects, chimney restoration, fencing improvements, maintenance repairs, and property enhancement efforts.

As projects continue progressing throughout the community, homeowners may notice updates, completed improvements, new projects, and additional information being added throughout the year. Community Projects — Completed

In the past year, the following major community-wide improvements have been successfully completed:

  • Landscape Cleanup for Replanting Preparation

  • Holiday & Seasonal Decorations Setup

  • Brick Wall Acid Wash & Cleaning at Community Entrances

  • Concrete Sidewalk Repairs & Surface Restoration

  • Seasonal Landscaping at Community Entrances

  • Spa Mechanical System Repair

  • Pool and Spa Chlorination System Valve Replacement

  • Main Community Electrical Breaker Panel Replacement

  • Mailbox Replacement

  • Mailbox Area Concrete Replacement Project

  • Property Re-Striping & Pavement Marking

These projects addressed visible deterioration, mechanical reliability, and infrastructure stability, restoring both functionality and community presentation.

Community Maintenance & Property Improvements

Maintenance teams continue addressing homeowner work orders submitted through the community website, along with exterior repairs, lighting repairs, landscaping improvements, and additional property beautification efforts throughout the community.

The Association continues working to respond to maintenance requests and ongoing community repair needs as improvement efforts remain active throughout the property.
