The Towns of Grants Lake Homeowners Association is committed to improving transparency, communication, and the overall quality of life within our community.

To better understand the needs and experiences of our residents, the Association is conducting a Community Satisfaction Survey.

Your feedback will help the Board of Directors and Management:

• Understand resident concerns and priorities
• Evaluate the effectiveness of current management and services
• Identify opportunities for improvement
• Guide future community decisions and projects

Survey results will be reviewed by the Board of Directors and will help guide future community priorities and maintenance planning.

This survey is completely anonymous, and responses will be used only to evaluate overall community satisfaction and identify areas where improvements may be needed.

The survey takes approximately 3–5 minutes to complete.
