72 Hour Notice: For Sale and For Lease Sign Requirements

Dear Homeowners,

I hope this email finds you well.

We would like to kindly remind all homeowners that, in accordance with the Association’s Governing Documents, “For Sale” and “For Lease” signs within the community must comply with the following requirements:

Type: “For Sale” or “For Lease”
Maximum Size: 3 ft × 2 ft
Location: Exterior of the residence
Orientation: Parallel to the exterior wall
If your current sign does not meet these requirements, please replace or correct it within 72 hours of this notice.

Please Note: After the 72 hour period, any non compliant signs remaining on the property will be removed by the Association’s Maintenance Team. If your sign is removed, you may contact us at this email address to arrange for its return.
