Community Reminder: Respect, Safety, and Consideration!
Dear Homeowners and Residents,
I hope this email finds you well.
As we continue to enjoy the summer season and spend more time outdoors, we would like to kindly remind everyone of the importance of being considerate and respectful of our neighbors.
Children are welcome to enjoy the community's common areas and outdoor spaces. However, we kindly ask parents and guardians to help supervise children and remind them to respect the property and the privacy of fellow residents. Please avoid throwing objects, damaging property, or defacing private or Association property with paint, markers, chalk, or any other materials.
We also ask all residents to be mindful of noise levels. While we encourage everyone to enjoy the community, excessive noise can disturb neighbors who may be working from home, resting during the day, or returning home after working overnight shifts.
By showing consideration for one another and maintaining reasonable noise levels, we can help preserve a peaceful, safe, and enjoyable environment for everyone.
Thank you for your cooperation and for helping us keep our community a great place to live.
Best regards,
