Friendly Reminder: Toys and Bicycles Left in Common Areas
Hello Homeowners and Tenants,
I hope this email finds you well.
As a friendly reminder regarding the Association's Violations and Fines Policy, and to help keep the property clean, organized, and safe for everyone, toys, bicycles, tricycles, skateboards, scooters, hoverboards, and other similar items should not be left unattended in the community's common areas.
We have received reports and continue to observe several instances of these items being left unattended in common areas, even after the Association's Violations and Fines Policy was previously communicated. Please be advised that any such items found unattended or left behind in common areas will be collected and temporarily held by Management, and applicable fines will be assessed in accordance with the Association's Violations and Fines Policy.
If you believe an item belonging to you has been collected, please contact Management so we can assist you with retrieving it.
We kindly ask all residents to properly store these items after use and avoid leaving them unattended anywhere throughout the property.
This information will also be shared with tenants using the email addresses previously provided by homeowners. Homeowners are also responsible for ensuring their tenants are properly informed.
Thank you for your cooperation in helping us keep our community clean, safe, and organized.
Best regards,
