Front Door Painting Requirement

Dear Homeowners,

I hope this email finds you well.

As part of the ongoing community wide restoration and painting project, we kindly ask all homeowners to have their front doors painted and in good condition by November 13, 2026. Please note that the maintenance and painting of each unit’s front door is the homeowner’s responsibility.
Following the deadline, Management will begin inspections with the buildings located at 2808 and 2810 Grants Lake Blvd., as these are the first buildings undergoing the full exterior restoration and painting project. The remaining buildings will be inspected as the project progresses.
To help maintain a consistent appearance throughout the community, please use the First Colony approved paint color designated for your front door.

When purchasing the paint, please request the following:

Color code: Please use the PDF below to identify the correct color code for your front door based on your street number and unit number. The color code provided is from Sherwin Williams.
Type: All Surface Enamel, Oil-Based (Exterior Use)
Finish: Satin

We kindly ask all homeowners to verify the correct color assigned to their unit before purchasing and applying the paint. Please note that any front door painted in a color other than the First Colony approved color designated for that unit will need to be repainted using the appropriate color.
If your front door needs to be replaced, please also find the ACC Request Form attached. The completed form, along with the information for the proposed replacement door, must be submitted for the required approval before the door is replaced.
