Front Door Painting Requirement: Clarification and Additional Information

We would like to provide some additional information and clarification regarding the Front Door Painting Requirement. We are working to respond to your questions as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience.
If you choose to purchase your paint from Sherwin-Williams, they have provided Management with an updated PDF that includes the approved paint colors and their corresponding updated color codes. Please find the document attached for your reference and convenience.

We would also like to kindly clarify that the door jamb is considered part of the door. If your door jamb needs some attention, we kindly ask that it be repaired or replaced as needed and painted in the corresponding approved color:
Door Jamb Color: Natural Tan (Color code also attached to this email)
Type: All Surface Enamel, Oil-Based Exterior Use
Finish: Satin
