IMPORTANT: Painting rescheduled due to weather conditions

Dear Homeowners / Residents,

I hope this email finds you well.

Due to recent rain, the project at 2808 and 2810 Grants Lake Blvd. had to be temporarily suspended. The work at these buildings will now resume on Thursday, January 15 at 8:00 AM.

The painting schedule is as follows (subject to weather conditions):

• 2808 & 2810 Grants Lake Blvd.: Thursday, January 15

• 2910 & 2930 Grants Lake Blvd.: Tuesday, January 20, Wednesday, January 21, and Thursday, January 22

Please be advised that any vehicle that remains parked on the property after 8:00 AM, in areas scheduled for painting, will be subject to enforcement. This enforcement may include towing, fines, or both, at the discretion of management and in accordance with HOA policies.

We want to be very clear:

In recent days, some vehicles were moved only after tow trucks arrived. While this avoided towing in some cases, it still caused significant delays to the project, increased costs, and disrupted scheduled work. For this reason, moving a vehicle after enforcement begins will no longer exempt it from penalties.

Multiple notices and reminders have already been provided. There will be no exceptions.
These measures are necessary to ensure the work can begin on time, be completed safely, and avoid further delays that affect the entire community.

We appreciate the cooperation of the many residents who have followed instructions and helped these projects move forward smoothly.
