Important Reminder: Main Water Shut-Off Valve Location

We would like to remind the community that the main water shut-off valve for each townhouse is located outside the unit, inside the water heater closet.

This information is especially important during freezing weather or plumbing emergencies. In past freeze events, many residents were not aware of the location of this valve, which made it more difficult to quickly stop water flow and prevent damage.

We strongly encourage all homeowners and residents to take a moment to locate and familiarize themselves with their main shut-off valve so they are prepared if the need arises.
