We’re pleased to inform you that residents will have the opportunity to make their July assessment payment in person this month.

A payment station will be available on:

Date: Tuesday, July 22nd
Time: 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM
Location: Pool area at the main entrance of 2910 Grants Lake Blvd, Sugar Land, TX 77479

This is a convenient option for homeowners who prefer to pay by check.

Assessment Amount: $350.00
Checks should be made payable to: Towns of Grants Lake Association

If you have already submitted your assessment payment through Lone Star, you may disregard this notice. No further action is needed.
