Mailbox Replacement Project: 2930 Gants Lake Blvd.

Dear Homeowners / Residents,
 
 We would like to inform you that the mailbox replacement project is continuing, and the mailboxes at 2930 Grants Lake Blvd are scheduled to be replaced on Friday, February 20.
 
 Please note that, in accordance with U.S. Postal Service (USPS) guidelines, the USPS office located at 3130 Grants Lake Blvd., Sugar Land, TX 77479 will be responsible for distributing the new mailbox keys. This project is being completed under the supervision and guidance of USPS to ensure compliance with all federal requirements.
 
 To receive the mailbox keys, residents must present one of the following at the time of key distribution:
 
 A valid photo ID showing the address of your unit, or
 
 A lease agreement or leasing document that includes the unit address, along with a valid photo ID
 
Senior citizens or residents with a disability or mobility limitation who are unable to pick up their mailbox key in person are kindly asked to email the following information to m.quintanilla@lonestarhoamgmt.com so USPS may assist accordingly:
 
 Full name
 
 Phone number
 
 Unit address
 
 
 
 We are still awaiting confirmation from USPS regarding the specific day next week when residents will be able to pick up their mailbox keys.
 
 Additional information regarding the replacement of the remaining mailboxes will be provided in the coming days.
