NOTICE: Ground Decorations & Holiday Lights Guidelines
Please remove all ground decorations, except For Sale or For Lease signs. Decorations must not be placed on the grass in front of your unit.
These measures are in place to protect our property and ensure the safety of all residents. Here’s why this is important:
Protects Landscaping and Irrigation
Decorations placed on the grass can damage plants, irrigation heads, and sprinkler lines, leading to avoidable repairs and higher expenses for the Association.
Allows Proper Lawn Maintenance
Landscapers need clear access to mow, edge, and trim. Decorations create obstacles, slow down work, and increase the risk of accidental breakage to both decorations and equipment.
Avoids Safety Hazards
Items on the ground may become tripping hazards for residents, children, visitors, or pets.
Prevents Property Damage
Landscaping tools may hit hidden decorations and break them. Flying debris can cause damage to vehicles, windows, or even result in injury.
Holiday Lights Guidelines
• If the shrubs in front of your unit have a height of approximately 2.5' feet, holiday lights may be placed on them.
• If you have a tree in front of your unit, lights may also be wrapped around the trunk, starting one foot above the base of the tree.
