  5. No Parking in Guest or Permit-Free Areas
Residents may not park in guest spaces or in areas that do not require a permit.

  6. Guest Parking
Guests may only park in non-permit areas. Covered or assigned spaces are for permit holders only.

  1. Unauthorized Parking
Any vehicle parked in violation of these regulations is subject to towing at the owner’s expense.

  2. Responsibility for Retrieval
Once a vehicle has been towed, it is the owner’s responsibility to retrieve it from the towing or storage facility and pay all associated costs.

Additional Terms

  • These rules supersede any previous parking or towing policies in conflict with this resolution.

  • Appropriate signage will be posted throughout the property to ensure all residents and visitors are informed of towing enforcement.
