Parking rules enforcement effective September 17, 2025

Dear Homeowners,
 
 I hope this email finds you well.
 
 As previously communicated in our email dated September 11, tomorrow is the last day to pick up your parking stickers before parking rules enforcement begins.
 
 You may pick up your parking sticker on Tuesday, September 16th, from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the pool area located near the main entrance of 2910 Grants Lake Blvd, Sugar Land, TX 77479.
 
 Reminder – Parking Rules Enforcement Effective September 17, 2025:
 
 Any vehicle with an old sticker will be towed.
 
 Any vehicle with a new sticker parked in a visitor space will also be towed.
        
 Each resident must park one vehicle in their assigned carport. Residents must park their second vehicle in a designated permit space near their unit. Failure to comply with these rules will result in towing. Thank you for your attention and cooperation.
