Dear Homeowners and Residents,
As this information has been shared in previous communications, we would like to provide a friendly reminder of the regular trash, heavy trash, and recycling collection dates for our community.
Please also take a moment to review the November 2026 collection schedule below:
Heavy/Large Trash
Every 2nd Monday of the month.
Please place heavy trash outside on Sunday after 6:00 PM, before the Monday pickup.
Regular Trash
Every Tuesday and Friday.
Place your trash container outside after 6:00 PM the evening before pickup.
Recycling
Every Tuesday.
Place your recycling container outside after 6:00 PM the evening before pickup.
A few important reminders:
• Please make sure trash and recycling are placed in the appropriate containers.
• Heavy/large items must only be placed out on the designated pickup day. Any unit found placing items out on a non designated day will receive an immediate fine.

Please refer to the attached November 2026 calendar for all scheduled collection dates. If you have a larger amount of heavy trash than normally allowed for the scheduled pickup, please make arrangements directly with Republic Services for additional collection.
