Urgent: Your vehicles may be subject to Towing: Towns of Grants Lake Association

Dear Homeowners / Residents,

Please be advised that the Association will be completing a community-wide restriping project in two phases, affecting all parking areas within the property.

Schedule:

Phase 1: Pressure Washing
Friday, January 9: 2800’s
Saturday, January 10 & Monday, January 12: 2900’s

Phase 2: Painting
Tuesday, January 13: 2800’s
Wednesday, January 14 & Thursday, January 15: 2900’s

IMPORTANT PARKING REQUIREMENTS
On the scheduled day for your street, ALL vehicles must be removed from:

• Assigned parking

• Carports

• Permit and visitor/guest parking

• Streets within the property

Time: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Parking within the property will not be permitted on the scheduled workday for your street.

Safety & Liability Notice

• Flying debris may occur during pressure washing.

• Wet paint may stain or damage vehicles during restriping.

• The vendor, the Association, and Management are NOT responsible for vehicle damage if vehicles remain in the work areas.

• All parking areas must be completely clear so that all spaces can be properly painted, including clearly defining the lines that separate one parking space from another.

TOWING ENFORCED
Vehicles not removed during the scheduled date and times will be towed at the owner’s expense.
