Water Shutoff: Tuesday, October 13

Hello Homeowners / Residents,

I hope this email finds you well.

We would like to inform you that repairs to a main water pipe leak will be performed within the community on Tuesday, October 13, 2026. Additionally, a homeowner will be repairing the main water shutoff valve serving their unit on the same day. 

As a result, the main water distribution valves will be shut off beginning at 8:00 AM to allow the necessary repairs to be completed. The repairs are expected to be completed by approximately 4:00 PM. 

Once the work is finished, water service will be restored.Please note that the City of Sugar Land will be assisting with shutting off and restoring the main water distribution valves.
