Important Community Notice: Gas Odor Update

 I hope this email finds you well.
 
 We would like to inform you that Management contacted CenterPoint Energy earlier today after a gas odor was reported between buildings 400 and 300 at 2930 Grants Lake Blvd.
 
 A CenterPoint technician inspected the area and advised that they are currently repairing a gas line located behind the Fire Department near the property, and that the gas odor may be traveling throughout the surrounding area. According to the technician, the repair is expected to be completed today.
 
 Residents are advised that if any gas odor is noticed again tomorrow, Management should be contacted immediately (346) 391-6896.
