Reminder: Restriping Project Begins Tomorrow (2910 & 2930 Grants Lake Blvd.)

Dear Homeowners / Residents,
 
 I hope this email finds you well.
 
 This notice serves as a final reminder regarding the restriping project at 2910 and 2930 Grants Lake Blvd., which is scheduled to begin tomorrow (Contingent upon weather):
 
 Work Schedule:
 
 Wednesday, February 11
 
 Thursday, February 12
 Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
 
 As previously communicated through multiple notices, emails, and door to door postings, any vehicle remaining parked after 8:00 AM in areas scheduled for restriping will be subject to enforcement. Enforcement may include towing, fines, or both, at the discretion of Management.
 
 Please note:
 
 Vehicles moved after enforcement begins will not be exempt from penalties.
 
 Multiple reminders have already been provided, and no exceptions will be made.
 
 These measures are necessary to ensure the project proceeds safely, on schedule, and without further delays impacting the community.
 
 During the restriping period, residents are encouraged to temporarily redirect deliveries to Amazon Lockers, FedEx hold locations, or schedule deliveries outside posted work hours, as delivery access may be limited during the day.
 
 We appreciate the cooperation of the many residents who have followed instructions and helped move these projects forward smoothly.
