Important Reminder: Roof Mounted Equipment Will Be Removed

As our community roof replacement project continues, we would like to remind everyone that satellite dishes, antennas, internet equipment, electrical devices, cables, wires, and similar accessories are not permitted on Association maintained roofs, chimneys, roof sheds, gutters, fascia, trim, siding, or any other building component where they could damage the structure or create a risk of leaks.

This is a friendly reminder that, to protect the integrity of the buildings and preserve the warranty of the new roofing system, any equipment mounted on roofs, chimneys, roof sheds, or any other building component where it may damage the structure or create a risk of leaks will be removed by the contractor and will not be reinstalled.
