Patio Inspections and Maintenance Reminder

Hello Homeowners and Residents,


We hope this email finds you well.


To help maintain a clean and safe community, we will be conducting inspections of all patio areas in the coming days.
We kindly ask that all patios be kept clean and properly maintained. Please remove or properly store any items that may attract pests or rodents, create unpleasant odors, collect standing water, pose a health or safety hazard, or negatively impact the appearance of the community. Examples include, but are not limited to:  

  • Large cardboard boxes (including television and appliance boxes)

  • Gasoline containers or other flammable materials

  • Tires

  • Bottles, buckets, or other containers that may collect standing water

  • Overgrown grass or vegetation

  • Pet waste

  • Excessive clutter, debris, or other items that may create health or safety concerns


Photos will be taken during the inspections. If a violation is observed, the homeowner will receive a courtesy notice and will have 72 hours to correct the issue before the Association proceeds with the violation and fine process, if necessary.
