Important Sewer & Grease Disposal Reminder
Dear Homeowners / Residents,
I hope this email finds you well.
In the most respectful manner, we would like to inform you that there was a major main pipe obstruction in the community, which required assistance from the City of Sugar Land to clear the blockage.
The City has already responded to this issue on two separate occasions, and the obstruction appears to be related to the improper disposal of grease and other items through sinks, drains, and toilets, including but not limited to grease, feminine products (kotex/tampons), excessive toilet paper, plastics, toys, baby wipes, vaseline, and similar materials.
Please be advised that proper grease and waste disposal procedures must be followed to avoid further blockages, plumbing issues, property damage, and potential violations.
Residents are encouraged not to dispose of grease through household drains. For information regarding proper grease disposal options, please contact the City of Sugar Land at: 281 275 2900.
Since this matter has occurred multiple times, continued improper disposal of the items listed above may result in penalties, fines, or additional charges if the issue occurs again.
We sincerely appreciate your prompt attention, cooperation, and assistance in helping maintain the community plumbing system.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Management.
Best regards,
