Important Reminder: Holes, Penetrations, and Exterior Installations Are Not Permitted!!!
Dear Homeowners / Residents,
I hope this email finds you well.
This is a friendly reminder that creating holes or penetrations in fences, roofs, trim, siding, sheds, chimneys, brick surfaces, or any other building components is not permitted. These requirements are in place to help maintain the integrity of the property and reduce the risk of leaks and other property damage.
Before performing any installation, modification, or alteration to any exterior portion of the property, homeowners and residents are encouraged to contact Management for guidance and approval, if applicable.
Please also note that satellite dishes, antennas, or similar installations attached to roofs, chimneys, shed roofs, trim, siding, sheds, fences, brick surfaces, or other building structures are not permitted. Any such installations have to be removed and will not be approved for reinstallation in those locations.
If a satellite dish or antenna is not removed by the roofing contractor during construction, it remains the homeowner's responsibility to remove it. Failure to do so may result in fines.
If you wish to install a satellite dish or similar equipment, please contact Management for guidance regarding approved installation locations and requirements.
Additionally, no cables, wires, or similar equipment may be hanging, exposed, or visible from the street. Homeowners are responsible for coordinating with their service providers to ensure that all wiring is properly secured and concealed.
Please be advised that units found in violation of these requirements will be fined.
This information will also be shared with tenants using the email addresses previously provided by homeowners. Homeowners are also responsible for ensuring their tenants are properly informed.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Best regards,
