Parking Reminder & Courtesy Warning: List of Vehicles Identified by the Towing Company
Hello Homeowners and Residents,
I hope this email finds you well.
We would like to kindly remind everyone of the Association's parking rules. Over the past weeks, Management has received multiple reports from residents and has identified several vehicles that are not in compliance with the community's parking requirements, including:
Resident vehicles parked in Visitor Parking
Visitor vehicles remaining in the same parking space for extended periods or multiple days
Vehicles without a valid Association parking sticker displayed on the windshield.
Residents keeping more than two vehicles on the property.
Vehicles that are inoperable, in poor condition, or remain parked in the same location for extended periods of time.
Please find attached a document that includes a list of some of the vehicles identified by residents and the towing company. As a one time courtesy, these and other vehicles were not towed, giving residents an opportunity to correct their parking situation. The document also identifies the buildings where the units with the highest number of reported parking violations are located.

Due to continued failure to comply with the community's parking regulations, all residents are required to provide the following information for each of the two vehicles permitted on the property:
License plate number
Make and model
Color
Please submit your vehicle information and any questions regarding your parking situation by replying directly to this email.
Please contact Management to resolve any parking related issues. Some vehicles have already received individual notices requesting that the owner contact Management, and we are still awaiting responses. Please be advised that, beginning today, vehicles that remain in violation of the community's parking policies will be towed at the vehicle owner's expense.
