Parking Rules Enforcement Begins September 17
Dear Homeowners,
This is a reminder that parking rules enforcement will begin on Wednesday, September 17, 2025.
Final two-week period:
If you have not yet picked up your new parking stickers, please do so as soon as possible.
Effective September 17:
A vehicle with an old sticker will be towed.
A vehicle with a new sticker parked in a visitor space will also be towed.
Parking Rules Reminder:
Each resident must park one vehicle in their assigned carport.
Additional vehicle must be parked in a permit space near the unit.
Visitor spaces are for guests only.
Failure to follow these rules will result in towing.
