September HOA payments and final opportunity for on site parking sticker pickup

Dear Homeowners,

I hope this email finds you well.

We would like to inform you that we will be accepting check payments on Tuesday, September 16th, from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the pool area located at the main entrance of 2910 Grants Lake Blvd, Sugar Land, TX 77479.

Please make all checks payable to Towns of Grants Lake Association. The monthly HOA assessment is $350.00.

Parking stickers will also be available for pickup on that day if you haven’t collected yours yet.

If you have already made your payment with Lone Star, you may disregard this email.
